Scan2Lead is available in the App Store (iOS) and in the Google Play Store (Android).

2. SELECT THE CURRENT TRADE FAIR

Select the trade fair at which you are currently exhibiting.

Scan your visitor‘s business card.

4. ADD OR EDIT THE CONTACT DETAILS

With the web-based Scan2Lead PORTAL, the exhibitors is offered an important management tool for the success measurement and improvement of their trade show presentation. All visitor data is stored and displayed in the PORTAL in real time. This means that the back office can immediately start follow-up activities. The data can be downloaded through an Excel file or integrated into the CRM system with a direct interface. Numerous reports on all captured leads support the exhibitors in the evaluation of the show.

FLEXIBLE LICENCE MODEL, ADAPTED EXACTLY TO YOUR NEEDS

Scan2Lead is the only system that offers you a flexible licencing model which can be easily adapted to the needs of exhibitors. Billing is based on actual use (pay per use). This means that you only pay if you actively use the app, e.g. during or in the follow-up of a trade fair. You do not have to subscribe or pay a monthly fee!

AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS…

  1. The accounting is done
    • per (trade fair) day on which visitors are to be scanned with the app
    • multiplied by the number of stand employees (users) who should actively use the app for scanning
  2. You purchase a so-called Event Day Credit (EDC) for each stand employee who is to capture visitors with the app for each trade fair day. One EDC entitles one user to scan visitors with the app for an entire day.
Example 1: Duration of the fair: 4 days
Number of stand employees: every day 5 employees
→ You need 20 EDCs
Example 2: Duration of the fair: 4 days
Number of stand employees:
2 days 5 employees
2 days 4 employees
→ You need 18 EDCs

THIS MEANS FOR YOU…

  1. You determine how many Event Day Credits (EDC) are needed for an event and book them accordingly in the Scan2Lead Shop resp. in your PORTAL.
  2. You assign your staff (users) to the respective event in your Scan2Lead PORTAL. This means that the stand staff can access the event’s existing EDC pool during the fair.
  3. An EDC is only debited if your employee actively uses the app, i.e. scans a visitor.
  4. You can book new EDCs at any time, even during the trade fair.
  5. Not used EDCs do not expire and can be used at the next event.

YOUR ADVANTAGES COMPARED TO SUBSCRIPTION MODELS

With Scan2Lead you pay per active user (pay per use) – no more and no less.

Your booking is not automatically renewed – You have full control over your EDCs and costs. A new order will only be made if you initiate it.
You do NOT subscribe – you book your EDC package(s) and do not incur any other liabilities.
Not used EDCs do not expire and can be used at the next event.

SCAN2LEAD 365 FOR YOUR TRADE FAIR SUCCESS

The Scan2Lead Event Day Credits are offered in packages. You can either book 20, 50 or 100+ Event Day Credits in one package. Of course you can also put together and combine the packages individually. Please let us know if you need our assistance. If EDCs are not used, they do not expire and can be used at your next trade show.

* At trade shows where Scan2Lead is offered by the organizer, you book your licence via the organizer as usual. Thus, you can use your existing Scan2Lead account and additionally have access to the extensive registration data of this trade show by scanning the barcodes on the visitor tickets.
